2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Include your Transaction ID or Invoice Number.
  • Optionally, tell us why the product wasn't a fit for you (this helps us improve, but is not required for the refund).

3. Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, getting the credit back to your account can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days.

4. Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period.
  • Renewals of monthly or annual subscriptions where you failed to cancel before the billing date (though we may offer credits in these cases at our discretion).
  • Accounts suspended/terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating illegal content).
