Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These terms apply when you use this website, book a call, or engage Thrive Pro for websites, BotX (our WhatsApp and website AI agent), or related services (“the Services”). Thrive Pro is a small, founder-run agency based in Chennai, not a large corporation, and there's no self-serve signup flow behind these terms. If you're reading this, you've likely already talked to us directly.

2. Pricing & Engagement

  • Setup fee: A one-time fee covering configuration, WhatsApp Business verification, and initial build. Agreed with you in writing before any work starts. No work begins on a quote you haven't approved.
  • Monthly retainer: Covers hosting, uptime, and ongoing support once BotX or your site is live. Billed in advance for the month ahead.
  • Ending the engagement: Either side can end the retainer going forward with reasonable notice. Work already delivered isn't undone or refunded. See the Refund Policy for specifics.

3. AI Usage

BotX uses AI to hold conversations on WhatsApp and your website. You understand that:

  • AI responses can occasionally be wrong or oddly phrased. Review and approve the configured flows before they go live with real customers.
  • BotX shouldn't be used to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
  • We're not liable for reputational impact from BotX's autonomous replies within the scope you configured. Flag anything that misbehaves and we'll fix it.

4. Intellectual Property

The Thrive Pro website, brand, and the underlying BotX platform are Thrive Pro's property, protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Content and configuration specific to your business (your copy, your data, your client conversations) belongs to you.

5. Termination

We can pause or end a project if payment terms aren't met or these terms are breached. If that happens, we'll tell you why first rather than cutting things off without warning. This isn't a large-scale automated platform. It's a small team that would rather talk it through.

Plain-language terms for a small agency engagement, not boilerplate lifted from a SaaS platform. If you're a business with your own legal or procurement requirements, we're happy to work from your standard agreement instead. Just ask when we talk.
