1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Thrive Pro Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Thrive Pro website and the Thrive Agent, BotX, and Pages services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Subscription & Payments

• Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
• Fee Changes: Thrive Pro, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

3. AI Usage & Liability

Thrive Pro uses advanced Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models to provide its services. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or hallucinated. You are responsible for verifying generated content before publishing.
• You agree not to use Thrive Agent for generating harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• We are not liable for any reputational damage caused by the autonomous interactions of your Thrive Agent instances.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Thrive Pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
